Your home, set to the moment.

Lighting, shades, entertainment, and control, designed and installed for luxury homes across Middle Tennessee.

Technology that disappears into the design.

We design and install the technology inside luxury homes: lighting, motorized shades, entertainment, networking, and surveillance, all tied together by one control system. Planned before the walls close, installed by our own technicians, and supported for years after move-in.

Open kitchen and living space at dusk lit by a layered lighting scene

Lighting

Layered scenes that flatter the architecture, dim smoothly, and recall themselves at the right time of day, inside and out.

  • Scene-based lighting control
  • Tunable and warm-dim fixtures
  • Landscape and facade lighting
  • Astronomic timeclock schedules

Motorized Shades

Lutron shades and drapery that move on their own: down as the afternoon sun reaches the rug, up again for the view at dusk, quiet enough that you notice the light and not the motor.

  • Roller, roman, and drapery systems
  • Hundreds of fabrics, sheer to blackout
  • Exterior and patio shading
  • Sun tracking by season

Smart Home Control

Control4 ties every system together, and the keypad on the wall is the part you touch every day. Engraved, finished to suit the room, and simple enough for a houseguest.

  • Control4 system design
  • Engraved keypads and touchscreens
  • Finishes to match your hardware
  • App, voice, and remote control
Private home theater with tiered seating facing a large screen

Audio, Video & Theater

Music in every room, televisions that disappear into the architecture, and dedicated theaters engineered end to end. One system, one remote, one team that tuned all of it.

  • Whole-home and outdoor audio by Sonos
  • Architectural speakers by Sonance
  • Sony and Samsung televisions
  • Theaters and media rooms with Marantz

Network & Power

Everything else rides on the network. We design it for the whole property, then protect the equipment behind it with conditioned, monitored power so a storm does not take the house offline.

  • Access Networks Wi-Fi design
  • Wired backbone and coverage planning
  • WattBox conditioned power
  • Remote monitoring and reboots
Exterior surveillance camera mounted under the eave of a brick home

Surveillance

See the property from anywhere. Cameras placed for real coverage, recorded locally, on a network built to carry them without slowing anything else down.

  • Camera design and placement
  • Local recording and remote viewing
  • Video doorbells and intercom
  • Luma systems, viewed from anywhere

Luxury residential, end to end

Most of our work is whole-home: new builds and renovations where every system is drawn before the drywall goes up, coordinated with the architect, builder, designer, and electrician.

Authorized partners

For designers and builders

Bring us in at the drawing stage. We provide keypad and finish schedules, pre-wire coordination, budget ranges early, and a dedicated contact for every project.

From Our Clients

I've used B&B for years and always feel comfortable and confident with their ability to accommodate customization. They're extremely personable when talking through details of potentially difficult installations... We enjoy working with them and will continue to use them exclusively.

Common questions

As early as possible. Joining at the plan stage lets us coordinate wiring, speaker locations, keypad placement, and rack space with your architect, builder, and designer, which keeps walls clean and budgets predictable.

Yes. Wireless lighting control, retrofit speakers, and mesh networking let us upgrade a finished home with little or no wall repair.

No. Many clients start with lighting and wall control, then add audio, television, theater, and surveillance as the project moves along. We design so the next phase drops in.

Care plan clients get remote diagnostics and priority local service. Many issues are resolved remotely before you notice them.
