B+B Home Integration collects only what it needs to answer your enquiry and do the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except where it is needed to carry out a job you have asked us to do.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address, location, and project details you type into it. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, government identification, or any other sensitive personal information.

Like most websites, our host records standard technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare a design and a quote, carry out installation and service work, and keep in touch about a project you have engaged us for. We also keep a record of past projects so that support calls years later can be answered properly.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not pass it to data brokers or advertising networks.

Your information is shared outside the company only in three situations: with a supplier or subcontractor who needs it to complete work you have asked for, such as ordering equipment to your address; with the service providers who run our website, email, and business systems on our behalf; and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and are deleted when they are not. Records tied to work we have carried out are kept for the life of the system so that we can support it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. It does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions reach us by email and are stored in the site's administration area, which is password protected. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep what you send us private.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond. If you have asked us to delete something we are required to keep for tax or warranty reasons, we will tell you which part and why.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
