Smart Home Control

Control4 ties lighting, shades, music, television, and climate into one system, reachable from a keypad, a touchscreen, your phone, or your voice.

One system, not six apps

A house with six good systems and six different apps is not a smart home. Control is the layer that makes them behave like one thing: one button by the door for leaving, one by the bed for the end of the night, and an app for everything else.

We design, install, and program Control4, and we engrave the keypads so the buttons say what they do.

What control includes

Engraved keypads

Engraved keypads at the doors and bedsides you actually use, finished to sit beside your hardware rather than compete with it.

Touchscreens

In-wall and tabletop touchscreens for the rooms that need more than buttons, including camera views and intercom.

Climate control

Climate, so thermostats follow the same schedules as the lights and shades instead of running their own plan.

App and voice

App, voice, and remote access, with the same scenes available from the couch, the car, or another state.

Programmed around your day

Programming is the part most people never see and the part they live with every day. We watch how you move through the house, then write scenes around it and come back after a few weeks to adjust what did not fit.

  • Scenes written per room
  • Keypad engraving in plain language
  • Training for the whole household
  • Adjustments after you live with it

Built on Control4

Control4 is the platform we build on because it holds every other brand in this house together: Lutron lighting and shades, Sonos and Sonance audio, Sony and Samsung displays, and Luma cameras, all under one interface.

Control questions

That is the test we design for. Keypads are engraved in plain words, the buttons do what they say, and there is no hidden sequence to learn.

Lights, shades, keypads, and scenes keep working. The internet is only needed for remote access and streaming services.

Yes. Many projects start with lighting and control in the main living areas, then add audio, video, and cameras later. The system is designed so the next phase drops in.

No. Control4 is the interface, but the systems underneath stay best in class: Lutron for lighting and shades, Sonos and Sonance for audio, and Luma for cameras.

Let us map your keypads

Tell us which rooms matter most and how you use them. We will show you what a keypad by each door would actually do.
